What is your privacy policy?
We guarantee and promise that we will never sell, give away, or share your email address or other personal information with anyone. We value our customers and we know you value your privacy. We are committed to you! If you have any questions regarding our Privacy Policy please contact us (email or phone) and we would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
What shipping method do you use?
All items are shipped UPS with a few exceptions.
What is your refunds/returns/cancellation policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. This is providing all items are unused and in their original wrap. We are not responsible for the return shipping fee.
To exchange or return an item, please send an email to 'returns@sweetysengraving.com' or use the provided contact form on our contacts page.
If you received your item damaged in shipping, please contact us ASAP by email so that we can help you in a prompt fashion. The UPS damaged goods policy applies.
Cancellations are accepted until the order has shipped. After the engraving has shipped, please refer to the refund/return policy.
Please be sure to retain a copy for your records.
What do I do if the engraving is damaged while being mailed?
For damaged goods, contact us immediately by email. Please follow the following damaged goods policy from the UPS.
If I decide to return an engraved item, who pays for it?
We are not responsible for shipping costs from returns.
How long does it usually take to complete an engraving?
The approximate turn around time is 2-3 weeks once we receive your order. We will email your our design before engraving (blasting) the pictures.
If I want an engraving of a drawing made, what size should it be?
Any size is acceptable.
What size picture do you need to complete an engraving?
We prefer a picture that is at least 8x10. We can accept a scanned or digital picture by email.
